We appreciate that sometimes you may need to postpone a holiday if you have an emergency or a sudden change in circumstances. In the event that you need to postpone your trip we will always try to keep your deposit with us until you’re ready to complete your booking – with no additional fees and no holding charges. If there are no charges from hotels or suppliers, there will be no charges from us.
